Our sister organization, the Australian LGBTQ+ Board and Executive Inclusion, has received coverage for its work on corporate diversity initiatives from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Published concurrently with the Australian Stock Exchange’s review of its Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations with a focus on diversity, ALBEI and its research partners have found most companies disclose very limited statistics on the composition of their boards (mainly gender, tenure and age). This is despite increasing attention to DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) approaches and outcomes within organizations.
