Our association is entirely membership-based, much like other advocacy associations on key diversity issues. We are pleased to welcome an initial group of founding member organizations — leading Canadian firms that recognize the business imperative of diverse board governance in driving superior corporate performance.

First year fees will function much as a start-up fund to conduct the research, identify an original candidate pool of board-ready director talent, and launch our efforts publicly. As a Founding Member, benefits of your support  will include access to our research data, prominent recognition in  our initial public communications, including placement of corporate logo in the research report, and invitations to upcoming events including a public launch event for the association As a Founding member, your company will  publicly demonstrate commitment to broad societal Equity, Diversity and Inclusion goals, and specifically demonstrate your firm’s commitment to members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
