Congratulations to Mark Baxter ?️? and David Brine MAICD ? for co-founding the Australian Association of LGBTQ+ Board and Executive Inclusion (ALBEI). With the LGBTQ Corporate Directors Canada and the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors in the United States, it is the third initiative created in 2022/2023. LGBTQ+ inclusion in the boardroom is the next frontier, and thanks to the leadership of Mark Baxter ?️? and Jane Griffith (Canada) , it is now a global movement. Next stop, the UK!
