Geffrye Parsons (he/him; “Geff”) is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, which provides Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)-related consulting, keynote speaking, training and mentoring services to businesses, with the stated mission of “making the world a more inclusive place, one organisation at a time”.

Accomplished media and financial services executive.  Heather currently Chairs the Board of Directors of Amex Bank of Canada and sits on the Board of Great-West Lifeco.

Managing Partner and Founder of the Griffith Group. A veteran search leader, Jane focuses on the recruitment of senior leaders in the not-for-profit, academic, and broader public sectors.

Economist and Investment Manager with Bonham & Co. Inc. and Executive Director of The Veritas Foundation.   Member of the Board of Directors of createTO, Toronto Port Lands Inc., and Build Toronto.  Member of the Global Board of Directors of Human Rights Watch since 2024.
