Scheduled as in-person or virtual bell-ringing ceremonies at participating stock exchanges beginning on May 13th, 2026, with the Toronto Stock Exchange kickoff! Marking the International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, the initiative aims to galvanize support from stock exchanges, businesses and LGBTIQ+ organizations worldwide to advance LGBTIQ+ equality, inclusion and human rights.
The SSE is working alongside the UN Global Compact, UN Human Rights (OHCHR), and Koppa – The LGBTI+ Economic Power Lab to organize the initiative.
In Toronto, the formal ceremony will take place at the TMX on May 13th, beginning at 3:15 pm. This will be followed by a cocktail reception hosted by E&Y in their innovation space – Wavespace! Please RSVP HERE.
