Geffrye Parsons (he/him; “Geff”) is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, which provides Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)-related consulting, keynote speaking, training and mentoring services to businesses, with the stated mission of “making the world a more inclusive place, one organisation at a time”.

Now splitting his time between Vancouver, Canada (where The Inclusion Imperative is certified as a Diverse Supplier by Canada’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, the CGLCC) and his native London, UK, Geff is renowned as “The Inclusion Changemaker”.
