Fabrice Houdart is the Founder and President of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors. He has been at the forefront of advocacy for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the corporate World since 2010. His advocacy on LGBTQ+ inclusion in the Boardroom has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Reuters and serves as an advisor to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Center for Inclusive Governance since its creation, Fabrice was recognized by the Association in 2024 and 2021 as one of the NACD Directorship 100 honorees. Fabrice was listed in 2022 by the BoardList as one of 10 Candidates You’d be Proud to Have in Your Boardroom. Fabrice was an expert witness for the California Department of Justice on the AB979 cases Crest v. Padilla and Alliance for Fair Board Recruitment v. Weber. He also advises Fortune 500 firms on human rights issues and serves as an expert witness for the Department of Justice (DOJ) on the issue of corporate board diversity. Fabrice is a member of L’Oreal Global Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board and serves on the Editorial Board of the Women’s Forum.
